Bank2Books started with a simple observation: the bookkeepers and accountants we worked with were spending hours every week on work that should — by 2026 — be a single click. Most of the existing tools were either built for huge finance teams or had AI bolted on as a slogan.
We built Bank2Books to do the boring, error-prone work of turning a bank statement into clean books — and then to get out of the way so the human can do the part that actually needs judgment.
The product is in active beta with UK businesses, bookkeepers, and accountants today. We're growing slowly and deliberately, with the user in the room at every release.
